The job we do is recording financial transactions. Our services include sales, purchases, income, and payments by an individual or an organization.
Bookkeeping and Accountancy are 2 separate things. Simply Accounts do both. Our accounting department creates reports from the recorded financial transactions which are recorded by the bookkeeping department and files forms with government agencies.
Our job is to record the day-to-day financial transactions of an organization. We are also responsible for the daybooks which consist of purchase, sales, receipts, and payments. We are also responsible for ensuring all transactions are recorded in the correct daybook, suppliers ledger, customer ledger and general ledger.
